A l’invitation de Roberta Toscano, au Studio Via Lattea, à Turin, le projet Syncretic Expedition s’est naturellement inscrit dans la thématique du voyage.
Qu’il soit physique ou mental, le voyage est au coeur des différents projets menés par Neotravelmakers.
Dans cette exposition, les oeuvres présentées traitaient toutes plus ou moins directement du déplacement selon diverses acceptions.
A travers un périple au coeur d’une Europe de l’Est méconnue, notamment avec les paysages de Tachkent, la volonté du collectif etait d’aborder une nouvelle manière d’appréhender le territoire, loin des sentiers battus du tourisme de masse à l’ère de la mondialisation.

At the invitation of Roberta Toscano, at Studio Via Lattea, in Turin, the Syncretic Expedition project naturally fell within the theme of travel.
Whether physical or mental, travel is at the heart of the various projects carried out by Neotravelmakers.
In this exhibition, the works presented all dealt more or less directly with displacement according to various meanings.
Through a journey through the heart of a little-known Eastern Europe, particularly with the landscapes of Tashkent, the collective's desire was to approach a new way of understanding the territory, far from the beaten track of mass tourism in the era of globalization.
